Coolest Small Town

Spring is sprouting in "coolest" Owego, NY. The park benches are being warmed already by those wanting to watch the Susquehanna River roll along towards the hills. Today, the town is decked in "green" in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. The traditional corned beef and cabbage will be in bountiful supply at the Irish Pub - "the Parkview" owned by the great Irish family - McTamney's. The traditonal lunch and dinner will also be served at the 2nd Irish Pub - "O'Hara's" owned by Mr. Irish himself, Tom O'Hara.
