Owego is located where you can experience the four seasons in all their glory. Because of that we experience kayaking, county fair, volunteer firemen hose races, snowmobiling, art walks, hayrides, spring baseball/softball, cross country skiing, summer concerts in the park, beautiful foilage, strawberry festivals, December holiday festivities with fireworks (now that's pretty!), trout fishing, bike riding. The list is endless. Over the past 10 years the town has offered more and more to the families that live here. From small family-owned businesses to the dymanic Lockheed Martin Presidential Helicopter program, we come together to celebrate our community and friendships. Many generations that choose to live here keep the town vibrant and full of character. I'm happy I stayed.
